For the unsuspected costly times when you either do not have the correct fittings to hand or you have
to await delivery, which is normally a next day service.
Air brake Connections (TUV) Fitting Case will enable you to replace either individual fittings or a
valve install/replacement.
Consisting of a variety of 26 fittings and a total of 120, and also giving you the opportunity to use
the sub components to make the extra fittings you require.
For a Valve replacement , pre-fit new fittings into the braking valve/valves, remove old unit/valve
and either remove the tubing one by one and replace the new tubing one by one
(note: the tubing must be cut cleanly and squarely), alternatively clearly label each tube. Remove and
refit unit/valve and simply cut away the tube squarely, push and twist the new tubing into position
(note: a pull backward on the tubing is recommend to ensure full lock has been achieved).
All fittings supplied in the Case can be used on any braking application.
A clearly labelled list of contents is applied to each Service Kit to allow easy re-ordering.
Our Service Kit is designed for repair and servicing and therefore will suit most requirements for
today’s braking systems.
All Fittings are TUV approved for braking applications
